Adventures in Bright Field Lighting - the continuing story

I am continuing to explore the optical characteristics of glass, water and air using bright field lighting techniques. Here are a few of my latest shots.

While these may look easy, I will spend 4 - 6 hours setting up and shooting various arrangements (which includes many changes to the gels). I typically come away with 3 or 4 images that are good enough to move on with. I will then spend another 3 or so hours in post, mostly cleaning up dust and lint, which are a problem no matter how meticulously clean I get everything.. I can generally do no more than one a day of these setups.
