I find that your crop is very tight and more space, especially at the top and right hand side would give the bike more "breathing space". Your shot appears to be taken from a standing position. Consider crouching down to get a straight on view. I suspect that will give you a stronger composition.

I agree. I do a lot of flower photography. Many years ago, I encountered an excellent bit of advice from Scott Kelby about flower photography that applies as well here: find a different perspective from that of a person walking by. If you don't, you'll end up with something that looks like a snapshot taken by someone walking by.

An example is Peter's recently posted photo of a classic Aston Martin, 1958 Aston Martin DB Mk III. He got down low and used a wide-angle lens, both of which gave him a perspective different from that of a person walking by the car.

Assuming that it is a full-size Harley, surely the shot was captured from a position much higher than 5 feet or a person just walking by? It seems that it was an attempt to exclude the distracting background. I like the shot and the remaining background could be cloned out, as could the signs on the road surface.
