Once again, you are attempting a very difficult exposure and some of the white areas are a bit over exposed.

With this type of scene I try to expose for the whites (underexpose slightly using exposure compensation) and shoot Raw. Then do two conversions from that Raw image. One to suit the whites and one for the midtones/shadows. Stack those images as layers then blend together with masking.

Real life quick thinking shooting often produces this sort of problem which is usually made worse in bright sunshine. I have deleted so many of my shots because of this sort of issue.
