Nice shot under challenging conditions Richard, looks like a spot of fill flash to help with the shadow.

My only comments are that ideally, if mine, I would give a little more space between brim of hat and edge of frame on left hand side and also not cropped the top of the hat - but I'm just as guilty of finding similar errors on my own shots - sometimes when I get home

He certainly looks the part, not that I feel in anyway qualified to say that (living where I do)
