Legend'air, classic aircraft meeting
A bit of fun : models Stephanie and Maryanne in front of a North American T6G at Legend'air 2022.
This was the first meeting since 2019, '20 and '21 were cancelled because of Covid.
Which crop do you prefer ?

Gotta see more of that beauty in the image- top/horizontal composition.

Navy plane, a clear sky, and cute girls blowing kisses. A feel-good image in my book. I prefer the top photo.

Hi David,
My choice would be the landscape version (first one), but with a little less on the RHS to avoid the distracting cowl and prop in the background.
Cheers,
Dave

I like the second one better as the image is much more of a portrait than a shot of the aircraft. More material off the top would be worth looking at. While the light is not ideal (too hard), it looks like a fun event to photograph at

Re: Legend'air, classic aircraft meeting
We are having our yearly airshow at Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar, CA this weekend. Unfortunately for me, our heat has returned and it is expected to be 90-95F.. A bit too hot for an old man like me.
However, if you are fit and in that locality and if you enjoy aircraft, it is well worth attending!
This airshow had been cancelled several years due to COVID. I am glad that it has returned but, a bit sad that I won't be attending...
Here are some images that I did many years ago:
