Complementary Colours - Air, Glass & Water

I decided that I wanted to explore how using complementary colours when I do bright field lighting would impact the image outcome. I played with red / cyan, blue / yellow and green / magenta and found that the only one that seemed really interesting was the last one.

The light drop off is quite rapid once the light is not in the hot spot of the flash, so the magenta dropping to blue is a little surprising. I even turned off the modeling lights to ensure that they were not impacting what I was trying to do.

Very nice Manfred, it makes me wonder what impact, if any, a full reflection would have on an image like this.

I'd have to buy a much larger piece of Plexiglas to find out. Right now I have to stick with a short glass to get a full reflection.
