Thanks Bill. Today I went back to the area. The fan tails did not show up. I used a bag hide I bought online from a company in Cheshire UK. It worked ok but I have to sort out better seating.
Anyway I got some photos of a female Superb Fairy-wren [ hope I got that right ].
