    The Charcoal Seller

The traditional way of staying warm in Kashmir is to carry around a clay pot held in a wicker basket that contains some glowing charcoal. This holder is carried underneath a large cloth cloak.

This charcoal is purchased from charcoal sellers who make this product on the street. This woman is a charcoal seller.

Very nice! But how about cropping out the "stuff" bottom left corner?

I looked at doing that. I might burn the blue down a bit. I wanted to retain the embroidery on the sleeves. I need to open the shadows at the eyes some more too.

Good point on the emboidery, and yes minimising the blue would work.
