Helpful Posts: Shot this swimming hole today on the Santa Fe river in Northern Florida.
The Santa Fe River flows through the Springs Heartland of North Central Florida and is the discharge point for at least 36 named springs. I used to swim in such a place when I was a Kid, so it brought back some memories. Unfortunately, no swimmers were present at the time of the shooting.

What a great shot! Brings back memories as a kid at Botanical Gardens in the Bronx.

Right next to the park entrance is the River Risee Preserve boat ramp entrance. That's where it's located. Follow the trail about 250 feet to the right of the ramp.
It's a beautiful river, primitive and rich in wildlife. I have gone down it in an inner tube. Plan to go back with my kayak to photograph.
