Looks OK to me although there is a small path on the left side which seems to be a fraction overly bright.

I often make up my own words when I can't find any which seem to totally fit my requirements; particularly with those scientific insect names when I can remember my variation but not the correct word.

I see what you're talking about, the pathway. I can tone that down.
Abandonation is made up, there were a few people way down near the river, so not totally abandoned, just seemingly so. So a madeup word was called for.

A lot of featureless white and overall does not say 'Abandonation'. However there's quite a lot of interest if you crop out the sky and explore the bridge.

I agree about cropping some of the sky, and I would also do a perspective correction

It was a grey sky, I have a similar version in color which is interesting because of the layers of grey and green in the photo.
Cropping out the sky wouldn't leave much or make much sense in my view because it's the sky, the raised highway and the grass and walkways that combine to make the image. I do have some close ups of some of the structure/beams.
    Thanks,

Cropping the sky means cropping out the light stanchions which makes the image very 'short', if a decent ratio is desired than cropping from one or both ends mean there's not much left to the original image. Obviously it's no ansel adams but what I thought was an interesting and surprisingly unpopulated image that is normally very busy.

Thanks for the information - the image makes much more sense in that context.
