    Yes it is street photography. Street photography is a huge genre ranging from architecture taken in the street to people in the street.
    I like this image as the lightest part, which draws the eye in, is framed by the darker arches
    Well done.

    Thanks for your comment, I'm pleased you like it.
    However, I don't agree with your definition of street photography. Mine is :

    Street photography records everyday life in a public place. Candid photos with human interest in public places.

    Notice this does NOT include architecture - the "street" is the setting, not the subject, and "street" is shorthand for any public place, rural as well as urban.
