Hi Javier,
If you're looking for some constructive critique, it is always a good idea to say so, provide the EXIF information*, plus your thoughts on anything you already know or think is wrong with it.
* EXIF for shot above; Nikon D3100 1/800s f/5.6 and 250 iso, taken at 200mm.
Elements 9 used for PP.
That kind of data helps us advise you better and more accurately.
My thoughts;
Ideally we should see the tip of the 'goose' beak on right.
Shame about the wire hoops in the foreground.
An unusual shot that I'll admit, initially had me fooled until I realised what I was looking at

The cormorant (if that's what it is) isn't particularly impressed with the decoy.

I did not know the name of that bird; it lives in the lake and most of the time is fishing diving, very seldom appears dry.
