More Splash!

I spent much of the day in the basement studio dropping plastic ice cubes into a glass of water. I use an optical trigger with a laser pointer to fire off the camera and flash. I've finally figured out how to get the shot to work fairly consistently. After every shot, I have to take much of the setup apart and clean up the water that has sprayed everywhere. It is taking me around 15 or 20 minutes to get a shot.

I like the movement of the ice cube and the water in this one. It is a colour image, but one has to look carefully to see that.

Very nice Manfred, well put together, having the two outer straws at an angle with the centre one vertical just adds a little more detail to the structure of the separate elements.
