Nice shot and nice catch lights in the eye that make them sparkle. Why the tight crop on the sides? You should be careful to not cut the elbows at the edge of the frame; that is quite distracting. Give a bit more space there to open up the image.

Very nice, especially the eyes.
I agree with Manfred about her elbows, a bit more space would improve it a lot, a 3/4 crop for example instead of the 2/3.

I don't think that the flat of the hands facing the camera is very flattering. Generally, I like to shoot the edges of the hands facing the camera. I can see why this was shot that way - to emphasize the tattoos.
