An interesting capture, but I would crop substantially. The power cables and window reflections on the left and the man and the darker tones on the right both distract, drawing the eye away from the subjects and not contributing to the overall composition.

I would crop the right mabe to the edge of the building or a bit more to position the girls in the frame.

It looks like you passed them in the street and took their photo. Their facial expressions show their reaction to being photographed by a stranger. That's just my take; I could be wrong. Reading faces is one of my interests.

    @ Dan
    Dear Dan,
    Thanks for your comment.
I did try a tighter framing, but then I would be left with a simpler photo without the environment, which I wanted to show.

    @ Daniel
    Dear Daniel,
    Thanks for your comment.
Indeed, I find myself but a fleeting stranger amidst these young women, my camera seizing them in passing, barely capturing their essence.
Faces bearing depth, narrative, and emotion prove elusive subjects to encapsulate, yet the resultanting photographs possess an irresistible allure.

Perhaps you guys will find this portrait far better ...

+1 to Dan and Daniel's comments. There are too many distracting elements on both sides of the image.

Some cropping and a bit of burning (and dodging) give me this:

Thank you, Manfred, for stopping by and sharing your feedback.
I followed the suggestions of you all and reached this point with my attempt.
A technical detail: shot with a superb Zeiss Batis 18mm coupled with a "modest" Sony A7III

I find that this image is more effective than your original edit. Nicely done!
