How to get a link from a hosted picture in Apple Photos to share ?

All of my photo library is stored on Smugmug, from where I share the images on the forum.
But most likely, I would like to switch to Apple Photos and here are two questions:

1. The first one refers to the disappearance of the linked images from this forum, this in the case of me obviously canceling the subscribed service (Smugmug).

2. Another question, if not the most important, is to know how to share the images individually from Photos, that is, how and where to find the link so that they can be seen on this forum.

I appreciate any help that can be given in this matter, thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I don't think that is possible.

Apple automatically randomizes the URL of pictures uploaded to its service, periodically. As a result, even if you can get the URL of the image you want to share (it's not trivial at all to do this), after a certain period of time that URL will become invalid, and of course the image you link will disappear.

Google Photos also does the same.

If you're looking for a new hosting site Antonio, I have been using pbase for about 15 years continuously (with very few problems).
I have about 1110 images, using not much of my 3GB limit and the annual cost is reasonable I feel - at circa $23/£20 (last March).
Although I've barely uploaded anything for years, the last time I used it, it was possible to link to individual images from here.
If you're seriously considering pbase, I'll try a new image test for you, let me know.

You will be best to look for an alternative way. There is still a free version of flickr https://techboomers.com/t/is-flickr-free available and it works well.
