    Life and death in the hedgerows

    This is in mono (because I've been doing mono more and more) but tried a few colour variants for the background. This one is earth brown but it's still a work in progress so please do fire away!

    I am not into monochrome so maybe this is the look that you want but I find all three underexposed.

    Thanks Andre.

    I understand what you mean and will have another look later today. I think a square crop to focus on the thistle heads could be worth trying and achieve the same end result as increasing the exposure. Also the dark brown "earth look" border doesn't help - I'll change that too..
