Just my quick take on Irving Penn's 1941 masterpiece - Salad Ingredients.

One of the challenges at one of the photography clubs I belong to was to do a remake of a famous masterpiece.

This is missing the nice triangle and balance in the original from the 2 lettuce heads at the top, but there's not much scope to create a different version of something so simple and effective.
