Very nice capture. The fully blurred background works very well.
However, this isn't a dragonfly. It's a damselfly. The give-away is the spherical eyes. Also, dragonflies at rest usually hold their wings perpendicular to their bodies, not pointed back. Here's a dragonfly. You can see that the eyes are completely different.

To be precise, it looks like Chalcolestes virides, (Willow Emerald damselfly, or Leste vert in French).
This group of damselflies does tend to hold the wings more or less extended to the side at rest.
