Nice! I like that you caught it hanging on to a leaf and surrounded by water. Nice reflection of the perfectly exposed eye too. If forced to be picky I would get rid of the smaller bright green leaf fragment at the left edge - I'm OK with the larger one.

I like it but a pity about that brighter spot in the water caused by light bouncing off the frog's head. Would a mix of crop and clone be possible to remove this area?

It's so useful to have another person's view like this, I had not seen the bright spot as a problem, but now you've pointed it out I cant see anything else ! How about this for a quick and dirty edit ?
