    Another from the waterworks

Here's one more. These are ambient-light shots. I should have left more room at the top, and unfortunately, this is more than Photoshop's generate expand can cope with. As you might expect, it can't figure out what to do with the vertical element on the left.

I may have overcooked this a little.

Despite bracketing, there were a few spots, like some pipes, that were badly over exposed. I tried a new technique for that, which partially worked. I've posted before about using the multiply blend mode, brushing on only in the brightest spots. This time I created a luminosity mask, copied the mask to a duplicate layer, and then set that layer to multiply.

As you say, a fraction more space at the top would have been good. Perhaps cropping a fraction tighter from the top would be an alternative?

Otherwise, this looks good to me.

thanks for the comment. I think cropping would lose too much important detail. Instead, I used generative expand and then cleaned that up manually.

Step in the right direction, Dan.

While the colours in the Generative Expand match the ones in the rest of the image, the texture does not. I wonder if you might need to add a bit of noise into that area?

Thanks. Do you mean the area at the top left? I actually did that manually (and quickly with the clone stamp). Generative fill took care of the right side OK (to my eye), but with numerous tries, it kept creating weird objects top left, presumably influenced by the stack below. I removed that by cloning from the right. However, I didn't do a careful job, and I probably erred in taking the samples for the entire left from a small area on the right.

Not sure this one is worth the additional fuss, but if I decide to print it, I'll work on that area more.
