Vast Salt Flats Under a Blue Sky
The harsh, intense light of the sun almost directly overhead created a challenging scenario, making it seem like the chances of capturing a successful photo were slim to none.
Still, I spent some time experimenting to see what I could achieve and eventually arrived at this result. While it’s not particularly remarkable, it’s acceptable given the circumstances.
However... I got a breathtaking view of expansive salt flats stretching towards the horizon, with rugged textures of cracked earth and shallow pools of water reflecting the sunlight.
In the background, majestic mountains rise under a vibrant blue sky adorned with wispy clouds, creating a striking contrast with the arid foreground.

Antonio, interesting image - is this the Salar de Atacama in Chile?
Difficult lighting but you seem to have managed quite well.....

The echo Len's question; where was this picture taken?
I've seen salt flats in dry season (Etosha) and just at the end of the rainy season (Uyuni), but this is quite different from what those looked like.
