Had intended to get some more action shots of the local soccer team to address the feedback, however ... they played on Saturday but the immediate family met for Easter lunch that day,
and we were still in the restaurant at full time.

I managed to dig through some older images of the team and here's one from 2 years ago which deals with the "not face on" comments.

For the eagle-eyed. yes the tops are different but they are indeed the ones from that time.

The image conveys, in a light and engaging way, the vibrancy of a game on a bright day in the approaching summer, where the bold colours complement the action and the sunny atmosphere beautifully.

I like the spontaneity of the fleeting movements and the way the three players blend into the green and peaceful setting.
