I'm guessing this on say a garage door or shop roller shutter?

Good question. This is down an alley in the "Northern Quarter". As far as I can tell, it's an unused shop front that hasn't been used in a long while. As for the PP, I've dragged the sliders in levels, a slight curves adjust, USM and then to B&W using Efex Pro.
