here's a good test of your visual/audio ability. I reckon Joe McNally looks and sound very much like William H. Macey, the American actor who was in Fargo. Even some of his mannerisms are the same. Do you agree?

They have some similarity, but Macey looks a bit weak, where Joe seems hewn out of granite. And Joe weighs a bit more I think
