    Hi Troy,

I think I found what's going on: for a reason still not known to myself, my computer ' save copy' of one picture when I drag it to an other site to edit it...so I guess I just don't pick the one with the frame while posting it here ( on tinypic)...so I will try again soon and delete all copies.....!

    Hi Marie-Josee,

I wonder if you're not flattening the image after applying the border on another layer to the one that is active when you "Save a Copy" - that might be my guess.

What software are we talking about?

Ok, I have a Vista, download my pictures with Zoombrower then move on to photofiltre to play with it...I go then in Image and select the ' outside frame'...?? I can see it on my saved copy, only once in awhile...which really make me think it's the computer playing with me ! Here's an other try....Framing question

Why this one and not others??? I guess no one can tell...!

    thank you all !
