However I'm quite pleased with the more symmetrical border, see replaced first image.(above)
    Hi Steve,
    the symmetrical borders are good,
I just would make them a little bit tighter... but it's only my taste...

Cheers Nicola; the borders are really for printing, my printer enlarges the image to fit. But I should have done a web version because yours looks very nice.

This was inside the wall to the right of the front row of seats: the seats don't look heavy but they are so I just did the best I could without moving anything.

No way into here as far as I can see, must be a door outside.

But yes it is a good shot indeed ...

another shot for the Holy Section of this thread: Curchscapes...
I like it, I don't know exactly why, perhaps for the quite unusual view (without the floor)...
    what's your opinion?

Hi Mark; it is a very nice picture but I noticed that you used speed priority; this could cause perspective problems in panorama or HDR's.

Much better to use aperture priority.

This is a marvellous picture Nicola; I find churches quite a challenge, the height, the light, avoiding people because it is a condition of the church that no-one should be photographed. The biggest problem I had last Thursday was the heat; it was fairly cold outside so I dressed up warm, but it was boiling hot in the church without apparent heating, but the sun was shining through 50 foot high glass.
One of the greatest difficulties I have is avoiding a lot of clutter in the picture, they seem to fill churches up with a lot of detail, but you have dealt with it with great skill; in fact you have achieved what I wanted to do, get more than one subject in frame.

    Excellent Steve. Excellent
However, I think the chair at right is so important to the ambiance that it should be included in the frame. And there is some light on it what is even better
    Very well done Steve
