This is indeed very nice Edwin
The large black area on the right side doesn't bother me at all but perhaps if you wouldn't have so much on the left side, keeping however the crop relation.
Oh well, that is just a small point. It is a nice image yes
    Thank you for posting Edwin
And Edwin, I am not that experienced.

It is a nice picture of an interior Steve. Can't you get the outside a little better ?

I forgot to add that you're very humble too Antonio. Thanks for the comments on my pano too mate & yes it would probably look better if I cropped it some more on the left side. Thanks everyone for your comments.
    Cheers.....Edwin.

But Edwin, the difference is so tight, isn't it ?

You know Edwin, looking at the image I have again the sensation that the horizon is slightly twisted. With a clockwise rotation. Just a feeling.

Yes I know the horizon is not a "really" one and there are no verticals you can use as guide.

The adjustments are very subtle as you say Antonio. You have a very good eye for detail though my friend. As you say; I did adjust the horizon a couple of degrees to the left. I took out some of the shadow, but didn't crop it too much, as I thought it looked fine just how I'd cropped the original. Feel free to make adjustments if you think you can improve it.
    Cheers........Edwin.

This has to be one of those dreaded HDR'S some here love to hate. I personally like experimenting with HDR, you either love it or hate it. It doesn't always work for me though. The genius department will work out the fine details some day & then every man & his dog will be using it. I use the latest version of Photomatix pro & find it to be an excellent piece of software. Nicely done Steve.
    Cheers.......Edwin.

Thank you Peter for posting here.
I don't know if it's my monitor or the photo is a bit blurred.
It is a nice image and well composed. Let me have a try.
    ...
I did not succeed the way I would like to because the image has poor quality through the web but I just duplicated the layer and changed the blending mode to Multiply paying with the opacity at the end.

Not a great improvement I am afraid

Well Vandenberg... Both are nice indeed.

I like best the first one in spite of that piece of concrete and sand at the right...

Thank you Vandenberg for posting here again and for reading my comments.

Will you please be kind enough to post one picture at a time ? Thank you
I almost forgot: you can do better than this.

    Re: Landscapes

    Antonio,

Thanks for trying anyway. Some of my photos on vacations are quite soft and I'm still figuring out why...maybe sometimes I was shooting at the maximum focal length of my zoom lens (canon EF S18-200mm with a 60D)

If it helps, here are the Exif data for the photo:
    F/8.0
    1/125
    ISO 100
    focal length 60 mm

I uploaded the photo at the recommended "bulletin board" size thru Tinypic.

    Re: Landscapes

An old one reprocessed; I'm entering it into a local amateur comp:

This was taken when I was crazy for HDR and using GND filters. Shows how much I didn't know using both GND8 and HDR in 2ev steps.

The ev span reported with picturenaut is 10.5 ev with Cokin GND 8 hard grad on.
