Panning practice today
There is a bit more to think about than I expected. I figured just be fluid but at first forgot about how the tracks might appear to rise as you pan. C&C welcome.

Nice. Train's great, the colors work, foreground and back ground. Looks like it is about to fly off the track.

Paul, I think you really panned it well. Advice though, be aware of the surroundings if they will interfere with the subject during panning. The foreground seems to be very busy, but frankly I like the way you panned the train. I hope I can practice panning when the weather gets warmer. Kind regards.

Thanks for commenting Jiro. I think you are right on the money there. Unfortunately I really did not have much room to play with. It was good practice though. I will need as much as I can get, coming soon is racing season and I live close to the raceway where many of my friends race motorcycles. I am hoping to have a few good days there.
