This is a monochrome-themed competition that is open to all CiC members.
ENTERING. Add your MONOCHROME/B&W image in a new post below. Make sure to change your post title to a name for your picture (click the "Go Advanced" button). We request that there be just one entry per person, and that any tinted images utilize no more than one color. For help posting images, go here.
VOTING. When this competition reaches 10 entries, a poll will be automatically added and any member may then vote. After 3 days, voting ends and the winner is determined.
Once voting begins, a new competition will be automatically started.

Note: Please do not request feedback, or make comments on other images, until after voting has closed as it could be unfair to other entrants.

spider web on window pane shot with 50mm prime and macro tube. I have tinted the monochrome to enhance the pattern. to me the spider looked to be as talented as Jackson Pollock!

Re: Moon in Space - this is the modified original
Congrats to winners ... great shots ..
Moon in Space was a bit of a "lemon" modified to monochrome - was an experiment however!
Thought might be interesting to see how the slightly modified original really looked. Also have a more dramatic shot than this one.
