Thank you for the work Ashwin :)
Hi Antonio Correia,
Now which is better......while making any PP work on another photographers Photographs,
I am constantly under pressure about what you will like or what your will not........For
sometime I forgets what I have to do to make Image look at its best....If this was my picture and I had to do some PP work on it I definately would have done it differently..
Have you tried vignett...

So Ashwin you are constantly under pressure about what I like an I don't, as if I were of any importance. :) If I were a guru - Cartier Bresson type or Helmut Newton - I would understand but ... me ??? :):):)
Seriously, you have done a good work and, in fact the image I like the most is the last one where the Z is gone and so the stone.
However Ashwin, I think this photo doesn't deserve that much effort. It is not that good. The light is too harsh and the crop is too tight.
I think it doesn't breed enough if you know what I mean. More room would be necessary at the top and bottom.
As excuse I shot it all of a sudden when I saw her and without moving, just zooming more or less.
In fact, I wouldn't be able to do what you have done. Please no, don't bother to explain...:)
Very nice of you to have all this work. Thank you Ashwin. :)
Ashwin, show us one of yours. One of yours compatriots you see everyday. An exquisite portrait.
Show us one of your commercial images. Can you ?
Come on ... :):) Be a nice fellow ... :D:D

Hi Antonio Correia,
Let me thank you for appreciating my work., This I have done in 3 stages, not because I cant do the same in 1st stage itself., But comments at every stage, help me improve my skill.... Hope you will not misunderstand me...
As regards pressure. This I have not mentioned, pointing towards you, This is my general tendency......I cant help, I cant change my mindset...Because through out my Photography career, I have done work for MYSELF ONLY..
I left Photography 15 Years back, and PP work 10 years back., My last work I had done on Photo shop 5.5.... and now I am trying to adjust myself with PSCS3 vast change, great features, more convient, you can work non-destructively this a great advantage

Photography does not mean just aim and shoot., or just click... just as I understand
all the tools available in PSCS3 fully, I know where to use which tool and how. similarly
I want to understand Digital Still camera., so that I get what I want and not just a picture,

Thnaks, Antonio! You are right. They grow fast. I think it is good to be able to take a picture of your kids standing by their own car!

Thanks! He actually has a SD1000 Powershot camera! And it has withstood all the dropping and banging so far. If it was not because of his skills, I would not have many pictures of my knee and foot and of our hardwood flooring :D
And this is a picture of him after taking a self portrait:

I can see the caption now: "When I said I wanted to be just like my Dad when I grow up I meant being a Photographer, not Doctor!"

Would be great if he can decide to become only one of those, not like me halfway between the two :D
