Thank you Ali I can't make anything else to that image. At least as far as I know these days. The final one - the one I have posted - is a composition of 3 files all from LR and carefully adjusted to the areas face, shirt and instrument.
I adjusted each of them and melted everything in CS with masks. Returning to LR some minor adjustments were made like brightness and contrast. I think - yes I think - that if I go and increase contrast I will blow the image.
I like your cooker. Was the cake OK ?

Ashwin, Ashwin. Both images suffer from the same problems: Poor background and they don't really show us the people involved in the action but the action itself.
Ashwin you do have hundreds, thousands of opportunities to make this kind of pictures.
For example: show us the man seen from the ground having his panoply in the middle or on the contrary, take him from the first floor of a building with a tele lens. Involve us in the picture. Don't inform us only what they are doing but make us part of the scene. Take advantage of the foreground people out of focus. Take their expressions of delight. Ask them to make the convenient face. Too harsh Aswin ?
Here is something else. Something different, something needing a different approach and I think you got it. Background blurred with the lady in real and nice focus.
Perhaps you could desaturated a bit the other ladies in the back. Mainly desaturate the reds to enhance the main person using masks.
I have never shot a scene like this and I assume that it is difficult. I am only sorry that the lady on the background on the right side is on the line of the "main" lady originating some confusion on her face.
You have done a nice job Ashwin. You are also in a good position. I mean the eight you are, just in the middle of her body.
