Another lovely one. For me the overall tone is a bit pale. But that is purely personal taste. You certainly have the ability to pick the subject for PP treatment like this.

Hi Brain,
I agree with Donald particularly about the pale look and again it is a personal taste thing - I mostly don't like vingetting (dark or pale). Having said that the subject and framing are very good.

The lightness is my personal preference as the picture is going to be framed and hung. IMO the light touch is best for A4+ monochrome prints otherwise they can get very gloomy.
I have getting on for 20 of these old style photos and am continually adding new ones as I travel round the county. Kent is very rich in old style buildings with most towns and villages having them.
Below is the one that started me off on my collection. This bridge was built in 1862 and it is documented that Charles Dickens travelled over it.
