Re: Removing Pole from picture?- help
I removed it using PhotoShop's Clone tool. I know GIMP has such a tool but not sure about anything else. Hope you don't mind the edit.

Re: Removing Pole from picture?- help
Sometimes it helps to start with a more transparent clone..say 65% and a very soft brush. I get everything semi out, then go to 100% where necessary and if necessary, go to a harder edged brush. You might also try setting your flow back a little.

Have you tried using Content-Aware fill command? Chris did a very good job cloning it out. CS5 has a lot of new tricks to clone out unwanted pixels inside an image.

That's one of the latest bag of tricks on CS5. Pretty handy on some challenging work if I may say.

Re: Removing Pole from picture?- help
I love the new cloning tool because it allows me to replace lines quite accurately. There are tricks to do with it, i haven't even begun to explore...so much to learn...so much to learn.
