Maxine
I'm lucky. My Maxine is fairly poseable as she knows the word "touch" and works well with it in combination with "stay". Saying "touch" once gets one paw placed where ever I have the tip of my right index finger. "Stay" keeps that paw there. Another "touch" gets the other paw on what ever object my finger is on. "Stay" again keeps the other paw there. And usually if its possible, and she feels accomodating, a third "touch" will get her to put her head down to touch her nose/chin to what ever object.

The coloration of Maxine's eyes also bugs me, but this is probably due to having the flash on.

Sharon,
That looks much better than the first post and the origional. If you ever have any questions about post processing (editing) feel free to ask them on the forum.
The levels tweak is really a large improvement!

Re: Maxine
I got brave and put my manual focus macro lens on my D3100 and attempted a few shots. This is with no retouching at all yet.
