This is a monochrome-themed competition that is open to all CiC members.
ENTERING. Add your MONOCHROME/B&W image in a new post below. Make sure to change your post title to a name for your picture (click the "Go Advanced" button). We request that there be just one entry per person, and that any tinted images utilize no more than one color. For help posting images, go here.
VOTING. When this competition reaches 10 entries, a poll will be automatically added and any member may then vote. After 3 days, voting ends and the winner is determined.
Once voting begins, a new competition will be automatically started.

Note: Please do not request feedback, or make comments on other images, until after voting has closed as it could be unfair to other entrants.

Congrats Chris for what is a stellar photo. I was also wondering where you have been Jiro, I see a post now and then but no pics. Hope it is warming up for you and that your absence is not due to the painful joints. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks for the concern, Chris and Paul. Yup, I got some catching up to do. Pardon my absence, just got engrossed reading a very nice book about the subject of composition. Hope it would rub on me on my future work. Aside from that, I'm really, really appreciating all the wonderful images being taken by our talented members here at CiC lately. Happy to be in the company of you, guys.
