Keith - welcome. You've got a lot of fellow countrymen and women (both English and Canadian) hereabouts on CiC, so you shouldn't feel lonely!

You'll have seen that we tend to use proper names on the site - adds to that more friendly atmosphere that, we think, exists and is tune with the ethos of the site, which is about support and advice from real people to real people.

Welcome to the friendliest forum on the Internet. I have never seen a question on this site answered by "Look in your manual, Dummie!" Lots of other forums offer impolite answers to questions...
