As real as it gets...however you must keep in mind they are dressed to attend a Mardi Gras parade where everyone decks out in their best party attire. Even so, these two were right at the top of the "outlandish" board.

Well, perhaps...but I find around here, this outlandish dress isn't too far outside the norm for a lot of folks. It's where we live and sometimes one must turn a blind ear and a deaf eye - so to speak...
