Can this shot be rescued?

For what it's worth, I wouldn't be too worried by the officers actions - at times I think people forget that experience teaches them to believe 1/2 of what they see, and none of what they hear - they get lied too routinely, and thus it become part of their nature to be suspicious. I've been challenged by them on more than one occasion in the wee small hours - but by and large, I think their BS detectors are pretty good - and once they've checked me out they go on their merry way again.

This shot could be rescued easily with other exposures of the same person. I managed ~30% of the image with the pic that was uploaded here.
