These were shot while she was having fun in the driver's seat of my car- I had to share even though they are not professional, I think I did pretty good job capturing her beauty
that I get to enjoy every single day! We're blessed!

Both images capture the character and the personality well. #2, for me, oozes happiness, contentment and just good old 'charm' in bucketfuls. I'm no portraitist, but you seem to have nailed the lighting and the exposure beautifully on #2. I'd be interested in reading the views of the portrait specialists on here.

Thank You all so much for your comments. The story behind these shots is that she had just woken up from her afternoon nap, and didn't want me to put her down. She was being a little fussy so I told her we would go outside and get the mail (she loves being outside, and she likes getting the mail) but she still wouldn't let me put her down. On our way back to the house I decided to let her play inside my car hoping it would put her in better spirits. It worked! I noticed the afternoon light was hitting her in right spots, bringing out her sparkly eyes out and I loved how her cheeks were still rosey from her nap. Her hair was actually pulled nicely to a one sided ponytail, but by the end of the day it was falling loose BUT she still looked 'styled' in a way. This urge made me close the door to my car
and I ran in the house and quickly grabbed my camera. I had to steal some shots while I could!
