The whites of the swans look a little 'hot' and its a shame the reflection loses the head but its a good graphic image.
Hi Chris,
Perhaps a bit of clockwise rotation needed?
As you know, I'll have similar water and background problems, so the "artistic" treatment is something I'll have to try.
Cheers,
Hi again Chris,
By the criteria I apply to detect a twist, yes that looks spot on .... although, purely visually on composition, I wonder if just a tad more would help.
Difficult one to assess, see if another opinion is forthcoming, or leave as is, I think.
Hope that was helpful,
Chris, is it OK if I do some editing on your image? It sure has a lot of potential to it. Kindly let me know so I can post it. Thanks.
Willie
Only just seen your post so hence late reply. Yes please do have a shot at editing my image and thanks for asking.
Hey Willie - that's a great interpretation. It's different to what I had in mind and perhaps the title should now be "Moon Worshippers" but great stuff..
Thanks for having a go. I take it you added the night sky but am intrigued as to how you went about adding the swans reflections.
Thanks Willie - I'll google "displacement mapping" and have a go - thanks for the info.
