    How to sell a camera lens!

    I am trying to sell my Canon 70-200mm L f/4 IS lens and switch to a f/2.8. Was wondering if anyone knows a nice online place, other than ebay, that you guys usually sell your used gear.

    I actually tried Craigslist but all I got was a reply from one of those crooks who wanted me to ship it to Nigeria for him and he would pay me $500 more!

    I have bought and sold camera equipment on Fred Miranda's site.Haven't had any problems in over 20 transactions.You might have a look there.

    Hi Jim,

    I am guessing it is a nice place for trading gear but if I am not wrong, you have to pay a fee to be able to sell or buy. I don't think I have that much business to justify paying for the fee. Maybe later. Thanks anyway for the advice.

    Yes,it wouldn't be worth the fee to you.I have 2 more suggestions.photography-on-the.net and photo.net.I believe they both have free memberships.
