I have only one of them, G2 Soft (ND8), with a soft transition line. However, the filter holder may position the filter closer to or farther from the lens, so there is some variation. When very close to the lens and at longer focal length, the transition is very soft, and when placing the filter in the outer slot in wide angle position of the lens, the transition is a bit sharper. I am considering getting a filter with a somewhat sharper division of the two fields. But the filter holder with three slots provides a bit of adjustment.

Unlike circular screw-in GND filters, the square one can be shifted a bit upwards without tilting the camera, which I have found useful when taking buildings.
