We haven't had any significant rain in over a month. So in hopes of staving off a repeat of last year's drought, can you send some of your rain this way?

They are. Look like they're made of wax or sugar frosting. Where did you take them?

I have just become a happy owner of a Tamron 90mm Macro lens so I'm excited to show some of my first flower shots. Must admit that it's very difficult to get the focus/DOF right and with the slightest wind even more so.
How to crop is also critical. Your C&Cs welcome.

Looks like "the '90" has found a good home

Each has something to commend it, but perhaps a little room for improvement as you take more.

getting that way, numbering them would help us, if you want individual feedback on them.

    Well done,

I particularly like the backlit ones. The last in your series is intriguing. I am sure that you with time will find your style with this acquisition, maybe paying more attention to composition and lighting in combination. Closeup photography opens new perspectives on the world around us.

Good shots Patrik. I like the shadow effects, there is clearly sun out there. The last one I like best and the only thing to comment on there would be the bit of blue that I see in the top right corner.

These are a few of the images from a recent trip to the rose garden at Leu Garden, a botanical garden near Orlando, Florida. C&C always welcomed.
