Helleborus
Nice shot Peter,
A.
That helleborus is lovely, Peter. After a rain yesterday, the sun peaked out...and I had the 105mm Nikkor macro on the camera, so took a few shots of the bearded iris...

Andrea, a nice image. Judging from the shadows, it looks like you were dealing with shooting in the general direction of the sun? Do you know what plant it is?
Beautiful!!
Thanks Bruce.
The sun was roughly 135 degree right, thus behind the flower, and 45 degree high, more or less the upper RHS corner, to increase the contrast and details rendering. The camera was handheld. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the plant. I could not find it on the net, yet.
Cheers
A.
Thanks, Nat...
This has been taken with the sun almost behind the camera.

Bruce,
I think I found it. It should be an Alpine Anenome.
Cheers
A.
Not sure this is the exact one, but I do feel this is in the anemone family......

Well, darn, Andrea, you posted while I was typing! But I agree....anemone it is!
Well we were both searching on Internet.
