Peter, nice pictures. I've found that daffodils are not the easiest thing to photograph as any little breeze moves them around.

Yep, wind and macro lenses don't mix well together. I've had some beautiful days with lots of insects and flowers to photograph, but the wind had to spoil it all

Well, here in the Central Apennines near Rome are quite common. However I did not know the name until I took these shots and post them here and... start wondering about the name...

This is the last bloom on my hydrangea, and as it aged, it turned these lovely colors.

This is not really a Macro, but I could not go closer, and with a 25mm this all I could do.

    Dear Jim,
My name is Maureen Wildman we design tissue boxes for Kleenex
I will explain how Kleenex our client works They pick 4 studios to come up with tissue box designs and give each studio a number of category's to cover one of ours is to come up with a tissue box with flowers on it
They then submit them to research and if we are lucky over the other studios which we have been in the past we then go to artwork and it will be printed and its at that stage the photographers and us get paid. We normally work with photo libraries but I found your site and wish to submit to kleenex image of yours
I will need high resolution shot to do the layout. We are legitimate and will pay usage if it gets chosen. But we have to jump through this stage first. Please go to
www.surelinegraphics.com.au <http://www.surelinegraphics.com.au> to see our Kleenex range. Hope to hear from you
Regards Maureen Wildman my email address is surelinemw@ozemail.com.au <http://email00.secureserver.net/surelinemw@ozemail.com.au>

Interesting point of view, Marie. Wind has been troublesome here too, Peter. So I worked on older picture, this one was taken a couple of weeks ago

Maureen, I am not sure which Jim you are addressing here, but would suggest using a PM if you are looking for a particular photo from one of the forum members.

    Peter,

I was wondering if this might be spam or a virus. I do not wish to open it or click on any of the links.

    Can we move it elsewhere?

    My cactus blossomed!

These flowers last so little, it's hard to capture them
