Sunsets in Tagoloan (Philippines) happens very fast. From burning the sensor to fully dark takes only 10..15 minutes. I have to adapt to the different lights there too.
The dynamic range was now, I think, too big for my camera to handle. With post processing I could do a lot but still couldn’t get in the picture what I saw at that moment.
I use only Nikon Capture NX2 so combining pictures is not yet possible for me. Next time I can try to use also portable Gimp. That works now from my USB stick. I've bought for this cases the Cokin Z-Pro with 121(S, L, M) filters. Hopefully it is a wise decision.
