You have good colour and sharpness there, James, and a nice grouping of the birds.
But I think that there is a lot of 'wasted' blank space to the sides. My first thought was to turn it into a portrait style say 4 x 5 ratio. However, when I did a quick measurement I see that, unless this image has already been cropped, it just won't work at that ratio.
Alternatively, if you wanted to retain some standard size ratios, I would consider a 5 x 4 ratio crop which will still remove quite a bit of those edges and concentrate more on the birds.
