I was out on the porch taking pictures of my drawings for class, and I decided to capture my Blaze of Glory rose that is bursting into bloom.

The background in #1 is maybe pulling a bit of attention away from the flower?

Thanks, both of you -- Donald, I had the same thought about the first one. I liked the idea of the rose coming through the porch rails, but I'm not sure that it works.
