    I just had a little play with this in Photoshop and it would appear that you actually captured more detail than you thought. If you sharpen it then there is plenty of detail to come out of the petals.

    I did it and masked the petals and only sharpened them, leaving the background blurred and unsharpened. It looked pretty good
